Celebrating Viewers Like "Brew"

Cheers to Founders Brewing Co. for choosing WGVU Public Media as their Community Partner now through the end of June 2026! Founders’ Community Partnership program is part of their broader commitment to giving back to the communities where they brew, work, and live.

All quarter long, $1 from every pour of the dedicated Social Impact Tap supports WGVU’s mission to serve West Michigan, celebrating the neighbors and supporters who make public media possible.

Now available at the Founders Brewing Co. Taproom is Viewers Like Brew, a special collaboration beer created exclusively for this partnership. A classic Helles-style lager, it is less bitter than a traditional Pilsner, with a soft breadiness courtesy of Munich malt. $1 from each pint goes directly to WGVU.

Visitors can also support public media by stopping into the Taproom store, where WGVU t-shirts are available for purchase, with 100% of proceeds benefiting WGVU.

Partnerships like this advance our mission to provide trusted reporting, educational programming, vibrant storytelling, and cultural experiences across our region.

We were proud to kick off the collaboration with Jazz Night earlier this season, and the celebration continues as we host the WGVU Fresh Sounds Vinyl Swap on Tuesday, June 23rd, bringing neighbors and music lovers together for great music and a great cause!
