Research by Grand Valley State University Sociology Professor reworks traditional definition of gender.

A new study by a Grand Valley State University professor reaches some conclusions on gender identity that may be hard for some people to comprehend.

We’ve  long believed that male is male and female is female.   But it’s not always that clear cut. 

Today on WGVU Midday West Michigan, David Moore talks with Dr. Laurel Westbrook, Assistant Professor of Sociology at GVSU, who co-authored the research project.
