No-Fault auto insurance rates case to be appealed to Michigan Supreme Court

September 3, 2014 | MPRN  The Michigan Supreme Court could soon hear arguments related to the state’s auto no-fault insurance law. As Jake Neher reports, the case involves a private fund that reimburses people who are seriously injured in auto accidents.
