State superintendent predicts institutions will lose ability to charter schools

July 8, 2014 | MPRN  State Superintendent of Schools Mike Flanagan predicts some institutions will lose their ability to create new charter schools. That comes a day after Flanagan said he’s ready to begin revoking charter authorizers. Jake Neher reports.
