Donations make GRPS state-of-the-art playground a reality

June 13, 2014 | WGVU  Playground equipment takes a beating from kids and the weather. When it gets old it becomes a hazard and has to go! That can be expensive considering there are new Americans with Disabilities Act guidelines making updated playground equipment mandatory. To make the upgrades at Grand Rapids Public Schools’ Lincoln Campus it needed to raise $500,000 to make it happen.
