Law enforcement asks Legislature to go slow on landline overhaul

December 9, 2013 | WGVU   Law enforcement groups are asking the Legislature to slow down approval of a bill that would make it easier for phone companies to end traditional landline service, and switch customers to internet phones. Rick Pluta reports.
