Protecting Michigan wolf hunt a science debate

December 9, 2013 | WGVU  After a 40 year hiatus, hunters have returned to the Upper Peninsula forests to hunt wolves. The state legislature’s approval has led to anti-wolf hunt groups seeking a referendum on next November’s ballot. A pro-hunting group began petitioning this weekend to protect the hunt. The argument from both sides; let the science behind the issue determine the outcome.
