Lansing budget deal has $ for roads, schools but delays some big decisions

May 21, 2013 | MPRN  There’s a tentative budget deal between Governor Rick Snyder and the Legislature’s Republican leaders. It puts more money into savings, schools, and roads. But, as we hear from Rick Pluta, it also delays decisions on some of the governor’s priorities.
