Flint council expected to ask Gov. Snyder to remove EM

March 25, 2013 | MPRN  The Flint City Council plans to vote tonight to take the first step toward phasing out the city’s emergency manager. As Jake Neher reports, council members want Governor Rick Snyder to appoint a transition team to oversee the city’s finances.
