Positioning Michigan for sustained economic growth

A new report suggests there are approximately 50,000 to 60,000 positions available in the state. Trouble is there’s a lack of qualified workers. On the flip-side, there are high demand jobs with a glut of talent. How can Michigan work toward striking a balance and gain a competitive edge?
