Consumers Energy hands birthday cash to Muskegon Retail Incubator

December 5, 2012 | WGVU  Consumers Energy is celebrating 125 years keeping the lights on in Michigan. To brighten and elevate community efforts across the state, the utility is celebrating the occasion by handing out grant money. The final check has been cut in Muskegon.
