Emergency financial manager says millage vote will impact future of Muskegon Heights

October 12, 2012 | WGVU  On November 6th, Muskegon residents will decide whether or not to vote in favor of an 18 mill property tax renewal that the district’s emergency financial manager says will help pay off the school district’s debt.
