Court decision coming sooner than expected on legality of decriminalizing marijuana

February 22, 2013 | WGVU  A pending lawsuit filed by Kent County Prosecuting Attorney challenging the legality of a voter-initiated city charter amendment decriminalizing marijuana is expected to be decided by May 1st. WGVU’s Caroline MacGregor reports.
