Judge orders “meaningful” parole hearings for MI juvenile lifers

November 26, 2013 | MPRN  A federal judge has ordered the state to give more than 350 Michigan prisoners sentenced a chance at freedom. As we hear from Rick Pluta, the judge says that means more than just a parole hearing for people sentenced to mandatory life as juveniles.
