Soaring student loan rates fall under legislative scrutiny

July 8, 2013 | WGVU  Students hoping to earn a college degree face student loan interest rates that have doubled in recent weeks and at least one Michigan lawmaker is calling on Congress to pass legislation to reverse the hike. WGVU’s Caroline MacGregor reports.
