April 19, 2013 | WGVU  Flooding is impacting a number of Wyoming neighborhoods. The mayor there issued a state of emergency Thursday due to flooding. Mandatory evacuations have impacted two dozen homes along Crippon Avenue and Averill Avenue. One block east is where we WGVU found the water on the rise and homeowners on edge.
