Decision by state to issue drivers licenses to DACA recipients hailed as victory for immigrants' rights

February 4, 2013 | WGVU  The news that Michigan has decided to issue driver’s licenses to DREAMers is being hailed as a huge victory for young immigrants who fall under President Obama’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA). WGVU’s Caroline MacGregor reports.
