Judge rules contraception mandate violates business owner's religious freedom

November 2, 2012 | WGVU  A federal judge in Detroit has ruled in favor of a Catholic business owner saying he does not need to provide birth control coverage at no cost to his employees, saying it infringes upon his religious rights.
