"Share the Road" culture hopes to cut number of fatal bike crashes

May 1, 2014 | WGVU  Grand Rapids has the second highest number of fatal bike crashes when it comes to large sized cities in Michigan. City officials hope a program made available through a federal grant will help promote a safer “share the road” culture. WGVU’s Caroline MacGregor has more.
