University presidents testify before Senate Higher Education Subcommittee

February 27, 2014 | WGVU  Michigan Governor Rick Snyder is proposing increasing higher education funding. While university presidents cheer the increase there are those who say it’s just the first step in restoring a funding model reducing tuition. Thursday, a number of university presidents testified before the Michigan Senate Higher Education Appropriations Subcommittee at Grand Valley State University.
