Families without flood insurance turn to local agencies for help

April 25, 2013 | WGVU  The Kent County Board of Commissioners has approved a 30 day extension for the State of Emergency issued last week. And while officials assess flood damage, families whose homes suffered extensive damage are coming to grips with the looming financial burden that has been thrust upon them. WGVU’s Caroline MacGregor reports.
