Muskegon Heights Public Schools can remove emergency manager under new law

April 2, 2013 | WGVU  The Emergency Manager for Muskegon Heights Public Schools has been reappointed under a new state law that allows for his removal should the school district so choose. WGVU’s Caroline MacGregor reports.
