Spokesman says Palisades shut down necessary to isolate leak

November 5, 2012 | WGVU  Just days after conducting an emergency drill and receiving a passing review from the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and Federal Emergency Management Agency, Palisades nuclear plant has been shut down to repair a leak inside the plant's auxiliary building.
