October 26, 2012 | WGVU  Walker residents will vote on a ballot proposal to either continue The Rapid bus service or pull out of what is known as The Interurban Transit Partnership. Friday, a group known as the Kent County Taxpayers Alliance is calling for The Rapids CEO to resign.
