Fungal meningitis confirmed in six Michigan patients

October 8, 2012 | WGVU  A multi-state investigation continues into cases of fungal meningitis and strokes in patients who received epidural steroid injections after July 1st. Six cases of the disease have been confirmed in Michigan.
