Foreign "salties" unload wind turbine parts in Muskegon

October 5, 2012 | WGVU  A number of foreign ocean going ships or “Salties” carrying wind turbine parts headed for a Michigan wind farm, are taking center stage as they dock in Muskegon to offload their cargo.
