A killer blizzard that
devastated West Michigan 100 years ago forms the backdrop of an annual
presentation on discoveries of sunken ships. “The Great Storm of 1913” took its toll not only inland, but also out on
the big lake.Today on WGVU Midday West Michigan,
David Moore talks with Craig Rich, diver and director of the Holland-based Michigan
Shipwreck Research Association.
Beneath the Inland Seas, featuring The Great Storm of 1913, is Saturday April 20, 7:00pm, at Holland's Knickerbocker Theatre.
