Kentwood Chief of Police, Tom Hillens, explains, “We are currently working hard to locate Higgins and we believe Higgins should be considered armed and dangerous. Several weeks ago Higgins suffered significant injuries to his hips. He now walks with a severe limp. We believe this information may assist in locating Javonte Higgins.”
Chief Hillens reminds our listeners that harboring a fugitive is a crime. If you have information pertaining to the Bouwman murders, the chief asks that you call the Kentwood Police Department or contact Silent Obnserver at 774-2345. That’s 774-2345.
