Move over Spielberg! The Kent County Teen Film Festival is here

David Moore
October 4, 2012 | WGVU

Seems film festivals are everywhere these days. But a rather unusual festival going on here in West Michigan will Showcase the talent of younger actors and cinematographers.

The Kent County Teen Film Festival is off and running, as kids in the sixth through twelfth grades develop plot lines, dialogue, sets, music and characters.

Today on Midday West Michigan, David Moore talks with Andy Saur of the Kent District Library for some background.

Entries are due January 7, with screenings and judging February 2 at Celebration! Cinema North in a free public event.
