New enhanced 911 system could be a life saver

July 18, 2014 | WGVU  People in Ottawa County with smart phones can sign up for a new free enhanced 911 emergency service. It’s a feature that makes vital information immediately available to first responders in medical or other emergencies. Today on WGVU West Michigan, we talk with Tim Smith, Executive Director of the Ottawa County Central Dispatch Authority.
