Former Grand Rapids Mayor Lyman Parks Dead at 92.
David Moore November 4, 2009 | WGVU Former Grand Rapids Mayor Lyman Parks has died at the age of 92. The Grand Rapids Press reports Parks had suffered a stroke this past weekend at a Chicago area independent living facility where he lived with his wife Cleo.
