Congratulations to all of our winning teachers, and to all of the great students who nominated their Cool Teachers to win. We received hundreds of letters from all over West Michigan, and every month it was hard to decide who was the Coolest Teacher of all!

All of our Cool Teachers and their students enjoyed a Papa John’s pizza party with their class and got to be featured on WGVU HD. The teachers and the students that nominated them also received an Amtrak train trip to Chicago with their families. We’ve had a great year, and we hope that you’ll join us next year! The Cool Teacher Contest time starts again in September so be ready...

And, on May 9, all of the Cool Teachers and the students that nominated them will get to meet each other at our end of the year Cool Teacher Banquet. They’ll also hear from Paleo Joe and enjoy dinner with all of us here at WGVU.
